Risky Business – Taking the pulse on law firm reputation management

Byfield is delighted to have partnered with Legal Business magazine to investigate how law firms approach building, preserving, and defending their reputations. Risky Business – a study of approaches to reputation management in the legal sector – surveys 50 in-house communications professionals at the top 100 UK law firms, and analyses their responses. It has been a thought-provoking project which yielded some intriguing results and we are very grateful to everyone who contributed to the report.
