Elizabeth James Tingen
Elizabeth is a Director at Byfield Netherlands.
Elizabeth has worked in legal sector and financial services public relations for over a decade in the Netherlands, most recently as Partner and Executive Director at a boutique PR firm in Amsterdam, where she led the legal services portfolio and co-led the investments portfolio. She has developed a depth of sector-specific knowledge spanning reputation and issue management, litigation PR for plaintiffs and defendants, ESG and competition disputes, and class action/collective redress campaigns under the Dutch WAMCA regime.
From Byfield’s Amsterdam office, Elizabeth advises law firms, corporates and public sector organisations across the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Working closely with CEO and Founder Gus Sellitto, and the wider London team, she will be prioritising the expansion of Byfield’s disputes and investigations practice into Europe and the region; in addition to the strategic communications dimensions of cross-border regulatory enforcement, this entails supporting clients with matters before the Netherlands Commercial Court, the Amsterdam District Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union, amongst others.
